By accessing or using the Cosmia SMP website and Minecraft server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

When using our server and community spaces, you agree to:

• Follow all instructions from server staff and moderators
• Not share or distribute other players' personal information

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Minecraft account and Discord account on our services. Keep your credentials secure.

5. Moderation

Our staff reserves the right to warn, mute, kick, or ban players who violate these terms or community rules, at their discretion. Decisions may be appealed through our contact form or Discord.

6. Intellectual Property

The Cosmia SMP name, branding, and original content are our property. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. We are not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, server downtime, or damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
